By accessing or using AutoApply AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
AutoApply AI is an AI-assisted job search tool that helps users discover job opportunities, generate tailored application documents (including CV/résumé drafts, cover letter drafts, and interview preparation materials), and manage their job search workflow. The Service uses third-party AI models to assist in generating content.
The Service is designed to assist users in preparing job application materials. It does not guarantee employment, interview invitations, or any particular outcome from the use of generated content.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate résumé content, cover letters, interview preparation materials, and other documents based on information you provide. You acknowledge and agree that:
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@autoapply.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older.
You retain ownership of any CV, résumé, or personal information you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant AutoApply AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that your User Content is accurate, that you have the right to upload it, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription or purchase (Daily Pass or Monthly Plan). All fees are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or pass, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Daily Pass: Non-refundable. Entitles you to use the Service for the purchased calendar day up to the stated quota.
Monthly Plan: Billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
AutoApply AI reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with reasonable notice before taking effect for existing subscribers.
AutoApply AI does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in job interviews, job offers, or employment. The Service is a tool to assist your job search; outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including employer decisions and market conditions.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, GenAI services), Stripe (payments), and SendGrid (email). Your use of these integrations is also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.AutoApply AI is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service provider.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOAPPLY AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoApply AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
